Dine With Us
Dining at The Castle Inn Hotel is relaxing and enjoyable. Our menu is created using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and offers a variety of dishes from traditional fish and chips through to specials such as pan-roasted trout and chargrilled Sussex lamb Barnsley chop. On Sundays you can expect traditional Sunday roasts with all the trimmings.
The Inn
Our bar area is the perfect place to unwind after a long stomp across the South Downs with the open fire often a sought-after spot. Enjoy an array of drinks, from local ales through to an extensive list of fine wines. We are open in the mornings for tea, coffee and cake for those wanted a place to gather with friends for a catch up.
