We serve the freshest, tastiest food possible, using local Sussex suppliers. Our menu changes regularly but we will always accommodate dietary needs.

The Sky Dining Room
The Sky Dining Room is a very light and airy space with large bi-fold doors that open out on to the garden. It is a family friendly area and can cater for up to 100 seated guests. Ideal for weddings and banquets, it can also be divided into two smaller rooms. The smaller side (The Old Coach House) is great for meetings or private dining for up to 32 seated guests. The larger side can seat up to 70 guests.
Bramber Dining Room
For your comfort and relaxation we also have the Bramber Dining Room that is reserved for adults (+14).
The Bar Area
We have a spacious bar area that seats 34.
Al Fresco Dining
When the weather is good we have a lovely English garden that seats a further 72.
