THE CASTLE INN HOTEL, BRAMBER, STEYNING,

WEST SUSSEX, U.K. BN44 3WE

The Castle Inn Hotel

Set in rural Sussex, in the shadow of the South Downs, this exceptional family run free house is a joy to behold.
In Bramber village (Best kept village in South East England, last four years) The Castle Inn Hotel sits in magnificent splendour. The front of the Inn is bathed in glorious summer hanging baskets, meticulously cared for. To the rear is an English garden that, quite literally, takes
your breath away. Packed with almost every plant imaginable for a garden there are a few surprises in store, such as the Strawberry and Tomato plants that seemingly go unnoticed until their juicy red fruit appears. Tranquillity best describes the atmosphere as you sit back and relax, only to be replaced by awe and wonder as Mr. and Mrs. Swan glide effortlessly passed on the stream, not five feet away, with their half a dozen signets.

Inside the Inn there is "Olde Worlde" furnishing, and an exquisitely kept bar. Boasting some very fine ales and an even more impressive wine list there is something to keep everybody happy, from the connoisseur to the casual drinker. The Landlord keeps a perfect cellar which is reflected by the success the family have had in a twenty-something year, three pub career. The chef has been at The Castle Inn Hotel for some four years now and offers an impressive menu ranging from snacks and freshly cut sandwiches to huge ploughman's lunches and on to the immaculately prepared and presented cuisine that surely must be seen and tasted to be believed. Not content with such an array of delights from the menu, chef prepares numerous daily specials which are advertised on the daily board above the bar.

Feel like a snooze? Well, The Castle Inn Hotel has ten wonderfully furnished bedrooms, to cater for the lone businessman to the holidaying family. Every room is en-suite, and has a television and tea and coffee facilities. All prices include a glorious English breakfast, or if you prefer something a little different, the breakfast chef, (the Landlord), will try and meet your requirements.

Single - £50 for all nights except Saturday which is £60 if booked for one night only. If Saturday night is booked with either Friday or Sunday (or more nights) then it is £50 per night.
Double /Twin - £70 all nights. [Family Room Price on application]
A complimentory full English breakfast is included with all rooms.

This really is a quite remarkable Old English public house, a throwback
to the days when everyone knew the Landlords name - and he knew yours.
This is not a Yates' wine lodge or a J.D. Wetherspoons super pub. It
is, quite simply, a super pub.
